What We Do
FilterShine Northeast has been the leading provider of fire suppression service, fire extinguisher service, kitchen exhaust cleaning service, grease filter exchange service, and exhaust fan repair services in PA, NJ, DE, and MD since 2007.
All services are performed by our own trained technicians. There is no job too small or too big that we can not handle. FilterShine Northeast is certified, licensed, and insured in PA, NJ, DE, and MD, servicing over 3000 facilities. We continue to grow while also ensuring our foundation is strong. We use programs that were designed for our industry to better educate our customers while keeping them informed of code changes or systems that do not meet code. Our primary goal is to keep our customers up to code and safe from fires.

Jason is the founder of KECSupplies.com and Wellman Holdings LLC, where he has helped develop innovative solutions that support commercial kitchen compliance, operational efficiency, and customer success. His leadership emphasizes scalable systems, accountability, and building long-term partnerships that strengthen both franchisees and national customers.
Based in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Jason is recognized for his commitment to servant leadership, operational excellence, and advancing safety standards throughout the commercial kitchen industry. He continues to focus on expanding FilterShine's national footprint while fostering a culture centered on integrity, innovation, and exceptional service.
Austin Youndt, Vice President of Operations, brings over 20 years of experience to the industry, with the last decade proudly spent driving growth and excellence at FilterShine Northeast. A dedicated professional with a deep passion for the trade, Austin balances his leadership role with family time and a serious need for speed — drag racing his FilterShine Northeast-sponsored ‘71 Chevy Vega whenever he gets the chance.
Jay Wagner is the Outside Sales Manager at FilterShine Northeast—the team commercial kitchens rely on for spotless exhaust hoods, dependable fire-suppression systems, and code-ready extinguishers. Leveraging the stage presence he honed at the Mannes School of Music in NYC, Jay turns first meetings into lasting partnerships. Off the sales trail, you’ll find him riffing on guitar, experimenting with new recipes, or cheering on his Las Vegas Raiders through every nail-biter finish.
Jonathan Pinkerton
joined the FilterShine Northeast team in January 2026 as Outside Sales Manager, bringing with him a natural curiosity, a strong commitment to continuous learning, and a genuine passion for building lasting customer relationships. He’s the driving force behind driver scheduling, warehouse safety and cleanliness, and the training of our newest team members.
